Total Plus Yoghurt Day

Total + Sent me a kit in the mail

And I decided to make things…because that’s what I do.

So I looked up some recipes and bought some ingredients.

Then I whipped up some food all using Total+ Yoghurt in their recipes.

And invited some people over to enjoy.

Recipes I used

Yoghurt and Shallot Dip

Butternut Squash, Tahini and Yoghurt Dip

Yoghurt Scones

Corgette and Goat’s Cheese on a Yoghurt Tart

My Favorite Modified Recipe

Sweet Potato and Tahini Dip

I modified the Butternut Squash recipe because I only had Sweet Potatoes. Here’s what I came up with:

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 1-2 Tbsp Sesame Oil (olive is also fine)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 5-6 Tbsp Tahini Paste
  • 115-170 grams Total+ Greek Yoghurt
  • 2-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1-3 tsp sesame seeds
  • Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 F). Peel the sweet potatoes and chop them into cubes. Combine sweet potato cubes with sesame oil, cinnamon, salt, pepper in a bowl and toss to coat. Transfer to roasting pan and roast for 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Transfer to food processor and add tahini, Total+ Greek Yoghurt, garlic and blend.

Stir in maple syrup to taste, and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve with toast or bread.
